For three years I have been working with my team at ServiceIQ to create world class online learning material. This involves not only UX skills, but a strong understanding of Language, Literacy and Numeracy standards (LLN), online accessibility standards and designing for a learner.
This project has been hugely beneficial to me as it has helped me develop my UX skills and grow a stronger understanding of the constant refinement any online project goes through. Regular re-designs and style updates are common for this project, and they are usually driven by customer feedback and satisfaction scores.
The current customer satisfaction scores have roughly 90% of our users giving us a good or great score, something we are all very proud of.
